Good evening everyone - just lurking around blog world and came across this lovely giveaway on Retromummy's blogsite - you know what a fan I am of Rosalie's designs.I'm definitely signing up for this giveaway - I've been hanging out for this release - just gorgeous.
With two daughter's myself I love the ideas of skirts and dresses in this fabric for summer - beautiful.

It's Lana from It Seams To Be Sew! I wanted to stop in and see your blog! and to answer your question for the design board...my DH used a thin flannel fabric, sprayed the board with spray adhesive and then laid the flannel on the board. Then he trimmed it out and there you go!
I sure hope that helped...just ask for flannel! Happy Sewing lady!
